Delivery Policy
FLUO DELIVERY POLICY
At Fluo, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for both local and international customers. Below are the details of our delivery service:
- Delivery Regions
We deliver both within Lebanon and internationally.
- Delivery Partners
We currently partner with LibanPost and Aramex for all domestic and international shipments. These partners may change over time as we optimize our delivery services.
- Delivery Methods and Options
At present, we offer standard delivery for all orders. In the future, we will enhance your shopping experience by adding express and same-day delivery options. Stay tuned for updates.
- Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders above $100 within Lebanon and $300 for international shipments qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package. The final shipping fee will appear at checkout.
- Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Lebanese public holidays). After processing, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, which will include the tracking details and an estimated delivery time (ETA) as provided by the delivery company. Delivery time estimates by region will be added soon as we work with our delivery partners.
- Order Tracking
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order through the delivery company’s website.
- Undeliverable Packages
If an initial delivery attempt fails, the courier will contact you to reschedule. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, you will be given the option to either:
- Reschedule a third delivery: You may request another delivery attempt, with any additional delivery fees charged to the customer.
- Store Pickup: If available, you can choose to pick up the package from a designated location within a specific time frame.
- Return and Store Credit: If no further delivery attempt is requested, we will arrange for the package to be returned to us. You will be charged for the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. The cost of the product itself can be refunded in the form of store credits, as per our Exchange Policy.
- Physical Addresses Required
We only deliver to physical addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Signature on Delivery
A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package at the specified address.
- Delivery Modifications
You have 24 hours after placing an order to request changes to your delivery address or options. To do so, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email at support@shopfluo.com.
- Exchanges and Store Credit
For details about our exchange policy, please refer to our dedicated Exchange Policy. To request an exchange, fill out the Exchange Form, which must be pre-approved before proceeding with your new order.
- Store credits will be issued upon approval of your exchange request and must be used within 14 days after the original delivery date.
- Shipping Liability
We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment. However, we will assist you in working with the courier service to resolve any issues.
- Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, please note that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
- Missed Delivery Deadlines
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or at support@shopfluo.com for assistance.
- Special Conditions
Deliveries to unstable regions, such as Syria, or countries with restrictions on imports from Lebanon, such as Saudi Arabia, may not be available at this time.
